As a leader at Fitzgerald Gray Hagan Architects, he brings extensive experience across diverse project types in the Southeast.
Donald has led the design of projects ranging from aviation, civic, education, residential, and mixed-use development. His collaborative approach and commitment to community-centered design have made him a trusted voice. He is passionate about creating environments that are both functional and deeply meaningful for the people who experience them.
Beyond his professional practice, Donald is deeply engaged in mentorship, advocacy, and civic leadership. He actively supports aspiring architects and young professionals while serving on professional boards, advocacy committees, and community initiatives.
Projects Donald has contributed to have earned Awards from American Institute of Architects (AIA) and America Planning Association (APA).
Donald holds an urban design degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and architecture degrees from the University of Michigan and Florida A&M University.
